- Northwest Company

• After reading about the two companies, choose one of them. Then create a want ad looking for an employee of the company.
• These are some things to think about, but not a complete list. The following are just a sample of some questions to help you begin thinking about the what you want to include in your want ad: What kind of person are you looking for? What kinds of skills should the person have? What things can you offer to the person as an incentive to join the company?
